Please can I ask you to avoid contacting your main technical person on their mobile or direct email, this is so that we can work together as a team and provide a better service to you. Our staff members may need to take days off work or work from home to look after their families during this period, if this occurs we would like to reduce their workload and avoid customers contacting them directly.

Following government recommendations, scheduled on-site visits will be cancelled from 23rd March, with an increase of customers working from home we feel we need to be more contactable to provide immediate support to all customers. Until we know more we expect on-site visits to be cancelled until Monday 20th April (after Easter).
UPDATE 20/4 - We continue to follow government advice and are providing email, telephone and remote support to all customers. We anticipate this to continue for the duration of the lock down period.
Week beginning 20th April and beyond
As the lock down continues we will continue supporting customers by email & telephone, until the advice changes from the Government. Please try to avoid contacting your usual technician directly.
Week beginning 13th April
We are closed Easter Monday however if urgent support is required please email email@example.com. From Tuesday, Paul and Megan will be working in the office and Stephen will continue working from home in order to continue supporting our customers.
Week beginning 6th April
Paul and Megan remain working in the office and Stephen's working from home. We'll be working Monday to Thursday as normal but then closed Good Friday (10th April). We appreciate some customers are still working on Good Friday so if you need urgent support please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The same applies to Easter Monday (13th April).
Week beginning 30th March
Our help desk service continues with Paul and Megan in the office and Stephen at Home. We have adjusted our hours slightly to meet the needs of our customers, this service will be available 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm on Friday's. If you require support out of these hours please get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Week beginning 23rd March
We are putting measures in place to operate a help desk for our customers from Monday 23rd. Paul will be in the office all week to support customers with Megan. Stephen has appointments with customers Monday & Tuesday but will be in the office from Wednesday to provide additional support.
